ORDERS AND PAYMENT

We love to fulfill your orders but please give a minimum of 48 hours notice - it really helps. If it’s a large corporate order, we request as much notice as possible! However, if you do have a more urgent order, just ring 01279 876661 and we’ll let you know if we can sort that for you. When your order is placed, we process payment. We include your gift message if your order is for someone else but please don’t ask for messages that turn our scone gnomes blue!

DELIVERY

Most of our orders are sent by speedy overnight courier for a.m. delivery - and we can deliver from Tuesday to Saturday (excepting days following Bank holidays) to most of mainland UK. For areas local to CM6 1RF postcode, when possible we will also deliver on Mondays too. We don't provide updates re delivery timings to you, but do follow all courier tracking ourselves on your behalf.

We will prepare and send out the delicious gifts. It is your responsibility to provide correct addresses and ensure someone is available to take in the delivery on the agreed day (whether it’s for yourself or as a gift to another). If alcohol is added into your hamper, it is on the understanding that the recipient is over 18 years old.  Once your given delivery address is booked in with our couriers, it cannot be altered. If the location is hard to find or requires particular delivery instructions, do let us know in advance!

If the courier attempts delivery and there is no answer, the hamper box is usually returned to the local distribution depot for you or the recipient to make arrangements to collect. That’s obviously best avoided as these are perishable goods. We cannot send out replacement hamper boxes under these circumstances.  If you have supplied the wrong address we can attempt a redirection (though there is an extra charge) and will help as much as possible - but sometimes the couriers simply can not collect/redeliver these treats to new addresses.

We promise your goodies will leave us in tip-top condition and we also choose our couriers with care and track courier-delivered goods on their journey. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control if the courier has traffic issues or other such problems. This is very, very rare but can occasionally happen and we'd liaise with you in that unusual circumstance.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

There may be unforeseeable circumstances such as severe weather, war, fire, acts of God and other causes beyond our control which force changes/cancellations - and we'd always endeavour to find a solution or liaise with you under such situations. That would also apply to orders beyond our capacity as all products are subject to availability.  We use specially designed chilled packaging and get the hamper boxes sent for specific dates. If goods are passed to a 3rd party outside of this time frame or in an unrefrigerated way, we cannot be held responsible. Safety first!

NB Since Covid/Brexit/Suez etc, there have been shortages of packaging materials and more. We'll only put in substitutions if we absolutely have to and will do all we can to source our 'original' materials!

ALLERGIES

The only nuts actively included in our goods are in the vegan flapjack (Vegan Teatime Treats) and the Lemon, Pistachio and White Chocolate Blondie.  Apart from that, we have deliberately chosen items that do not actively contain nuts in the hampers but our suppliers of flour and other ingredients never guarantee the absence of traces of nuts and our environment may contain them. If you have any queries about our products or any special requests, let us know, prior to ordering or consuming. All our ingredients are made by ourselves or sourced as locally as possible. There may be small variations from hamper to hamper as a result of their freshly-prepared qualities.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Our hamper boxes are produced especially for your order. If you wish to cancel an order, please ring 01279 876661 or email giving 48 hours notice. After that time, preparations will be underway and we cannot accept a cancellation. As they are perishable goods with a short ‘shelf life’ we cannot accept returns.

REFUND POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order, please ring 01279 876661 or email giving 48 hours notice. After that time, preparations will be underway and the order may not be
