Each kit comes with instructions and enough Brownie base to turn into 3 rather wonderful mini Xmas Puds. Roll and cut out your white fondant icing shapes to top each ball and then position the holly and berries on the top for an authentic look. After that, demolish them with a cup of tea :D
SHELF LIFE
NB: The Brownie part of the kit has a short shelf life, so if not creating/eating your Brownie Puddings before the best before date on your tin, just put the brownie mix in your freezer. Then thaw/use within 3 months. Once made, keep your Puds cool and covered and eat within 4 days (if you can resist that long!).
